AMADA LC 2515 C1 AJ LASER/PUNCH CUTTING SYSTEM WITH AUTOMATION
The 49-station Multi-Purpose Turret (MPT) integrates key processes that are typically performed as secondary operations. Four tapping stations (inch and metric taps) and three die lift stations allow the LC 2515 C1 AJ to process special part features quickly and precisely. The die lift stations automatically lift forming dies to achieve high-quality up-forms. A floating brush table around the turret area lifts the sheet to prevent down forms from hitting forming dies during sheet movement and ensures scratch-free part processing. Amada’s fiber laser cutting technology achieves faster cutting speeds compared to a CO2 laser. Additionally, a fiber laser gives users the ability to process difficult-to-cut materials such as copper, brass, and titanium.

The 6,000-Watt AMADA LC3015 F1 NT High-speed Laser Cutting System enables us to cut metal up to 1.5-inch thickness with tremendous, error-free laser precision. Even the most complex designs are simplified and executed in one third of the time by our laser cutting system, which is one of a handful in the United States.
Engineered to provide high-speed processing, ultra-precise accuracy, superior cutting quality and a full-range of capabilities. Our laser cutting system also utilizes a cell system approach to automation, with an optimal configuration selection for your project production and fabrication process.

AMADA ENSIS 3015 AJ FIBER LASER CUTTING SYSTEM
Our 3,000-Watt AMADA ENSIS 3015 AJ Fiber Laser Cutting System enables us to cut thick and thin metal without a cutting lens change or manual setup, enabling higher speeds and more efficient processing for your jobs. Our ENSIS 3015 AJ high speed laser cutting system has the ability to cut thin materials up to four times faster than a CO2 laser. The ENSIS fiber laser can process up to 1-inch mild steel while utilizing only 3,000-Watts and can also cut brass, copper and titanium.
The ENSIS 3015 AJ is also is engineered to be compatible with the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) that allows us to continually improve laser cutting and manufacturing processes by best utilizing technology advancements. AUTOMATED PRESS BRAKE
The EG 6013 AR bending cell (a servo-electric press brake) uses the world’s first dual servo-electric drive – allowing for high speed and high precision.
