OPEN POSITIONS
Brake Operator (Level 2)
Location: MESA, AZ
General Description
Setup and operate CNC press brakes
Responsibilities:
- Operator must have knowledge of press brake tooling, understanding of differences in Radii, tooling styles and orientation.
- Operator is capable of basic machine set-up; This includes identification of required tooling, loading of tooling, loading of program/ development of production program.
- Operator must be able to develop Production program for multi sequence Press Brake processing.
- Operator has advanced blueprint knowledge and understanding. Operator should have thorough understanding of General Dimension and tolerancing best practices.
- Ability to use general inspection equipment to check parts for conformity. A few examples are hand calipers and height gauges.
- Setup and document tooling and safe practices for press brake operations.
- Verify accuracy of machine settings to confirm accurate tolerances and machine functions.
- In process checks are required to ensure parts conform to drawing requirements per AQL.
- Ability to identify bend locations, appropriate tonnage, and appropriate tooling for each part being formed.
- Operator is responsible for maintaining a clean machine and work environment.
- Operators will be required to maintain accurate parts and motivation on routine repetitive jobs.
- Perform preventative maintenance per applicable procedures.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Activities.

Deburr Operator
Location: MESA, AZ
General Description
This is an entry level position. The Deburr Operator is responsible for processing metal parts by operating a Time Saver machine, removing parts from sheets after laser cutting, and using a sander, grinder and/or hand file to eliminate tabs and sharp edges. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and adherence to safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a Time Saver machine to smooth, grain (with specified grits) and deburr metal parts.
- Remove parts from metal sheets following laser cutting.
- Use hand tools and sanding equipment to remove tabs and sharp edges.
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Perform standard machine maintenance.
- Performs other duties as assigned as assigned by management

Welder
Location: MESA, AZ
General Description
We are looking for a skilled welder to cut and join metals and other materials at our facility. You will operate appropriate equipment to put together mechanical structures or parts with a great deal of precision. Must understand how to operate equipment safely, and also understand necessary PPE required for the job.
Responsibilities:

Read blueprints to understand the specifications to which a part needs to conform to.

Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method for a job.

Operate angle grinders to prep parts for weld.
-
Align components using fixtures, calipers, and a tape measure and clamp parts in place to weld.

Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions.

Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure for flaws.

CNC Machinist
Location: MESA, AZ
General Description
The CNC machinist will perform set-up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling and milling.

Prepare and operate band saw, surface grinder, honing machine, and other departmental tasks.

Develop CAD/CAM program for processing equipment.

Hardware Operator

General Description
Hardware operator will setup and install various types of hardware into sheet metal parts.
Responsibilities:

Install hardware per manufacturers’ specifications.

Ability to setup hardware machines for different types of hardware.

Ability to perform stud weld installation, spot welding, and tapping operations.

Estimator
Location: MESA, AZ
General Description
The Estimator is a professional who helps determine the cost of projects. They will work closely with team members to evaluate relative risks or potential delays, determining whether the project can be completed within the time frame desired by the customer without going over budget.
Responsibilities:

Understand the project and its requirements

Develop process Routings/Bill Of Materials (BOM) within ERP System

Send Request For Quotes (RFQ) to raw material suppliers/outside processors

Determine key variables for cost and other estimates.

Conduct research to obtain data on labor costs, materials, production times, etc.

Inspector II
Location: MESA, AZ
General Description
The Quality Inspector II is responsible for the inspection of work in process, purchased material(s) and out sourced processes.
Responsibilities:

Inspect precision sheet metal and machined parts (in-process, pre-coating, & final).

Inspect incoming material for conformity to purchase order requirements.

Prepare 1st article/PPAP reports from internal or customer documentation as required.

Document non-conformances through ERP system.

Assist in processing of Customer and Supplier RMA’s

Manufacturing Engineer 1
Location: MESA, AZ
General Description
Entry level engineer will prepare reports and develop plans and cost estimations for various engineering design projects. Assist in planning and designing manufacturing processes for a production facility. Determining parts equipment and tools needed to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specifications.
Responsibilities:
